Selkie Wellness is a thoughtfully curated wellness space blends evidence-based bodywork with restorative ritual. Set within a beautifully restored beach shack, Selkie offers remedial massage, sauna and ice bath experiences designed to help guests slow down, reconnect and return to balance.

Inspired by the mythology of the Selkie - creatures moving between land and sea - the space embraces contrast, transformation and deep rest. Expect warm timber, ocean air, calming treatments and a sense of grounded stillness that feels intrinsically connected to Tasmania’s East Coast.
